Many office workers spend their days on emails, Slack, and meetings instead of actual work. This is especially true for client-facing roles like sales, professional services, and recruiting, where admin tasks take up most of their time.

We’ve developed an AI executive assistant that scans emails, messages, and meetings to help answer emails, schedule meetings, follow up, and organize inboxes. Our goal is to turn every employee into a top performer effortlessly.

Unlike other startups, we are a dedicated applied AI company, not a SaaS with AI features added on. We leverage advanced techniques like fine-tuned open-source models, tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation, resulting in users sending 53% of generated email drafts.

What do we value?

Autonomy, ownership, and initiative. Each Product Engineer owns a product, including strategy and execution, with no product managers involved. We prioritize hiring exceptional, dedicated individuals who can accelerate into senior roles quickly. This role demands intensity and focus.

What will I do?

Own and develop one of Fyxer AI’s key products by:

• Setting and understanding key metrics through user and customer insights
• Building and executing product strategies based on data and customer feedback
• Implementing ideas through coding
• Monitoring and improving reliability by analyzing logs, support tickets, and fixing bugs

You will also mentor other engineers, define product directions, and optimize internal tooling for productivity.
