Proclinical is seeking a Staff ERP Solution Architect to join a dynamic team focused on expanding system capabilities and supporting company growth. You will play a pivotal role in guiding global ERP teams, ensuring the application of a global design template across regions. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with finance, accounting, supply chain, commercial, and manufacturing organizations, while mentoring business analysts on SAP product offerings and system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex business and systems analysis, gathering requirements from business users and technical staff.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Architect and deliver innovative end-to-end system processes.
- Provide data expertise and consulting for operational reporting and analytics.
- Evaluate third-party tools for feasibility and business impact.
- Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and external systems.
- Create and maintain business requirement documentation, including use cases and process flows.
- Communicate effectively with business users regarding project status.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate test activities.
- Organize the product roadmap for each region.
- Perform other duties as required.
