Sr Network Performance Analyst (5G/LTE) to perform network analysis, capacity planning and optimization for our large telco client.

Location: Fully Remote (prefers Pacific & Mountain time, but open to Eastern)

Duration: 6 Months with a strong chance of extension

Provide technical leadership in planning and deploying network capacity based on customer requirements, focusing on Network Performance, Business Needs, and Customer Experience.
Utilize data analytics, RF Engineering, and AI/ML techniques to optimize wireless 4G/5G networks and identify new business opportunities.
Transform RAN capacity planning processes using modern data science and automation techniques for the 5G era.
Develop and manage RAN network capacity plans for mobility and fixed wireless users.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand new technologies and services.
Create dashboards and visualizations to share insights with executives and teams.
Monitor network performance to identify and predict capacity issues.
Lead wireless capacity augmentations, working with performance and construction teams to improve customer experience.

Advanced Data Science and Analytics skills, including predictive modeling and data visualization.
Deep understanding of Wireless Networks (5G/LTE), especially RAN capacity planning and optimization.
Programming and Database skills, including Python, SQL, and data analysis libraries.
