Wall Street Journal | Barron’s Group (WSJ|BG) is seeking an experienced interactive designer for the Ad Innovation rich media studio. The role involves post-sale custom ad unit production, pre-sale ideation, concept design, and proprietary ad format development. The ideal candidate will be solutions-driven, proactive, passionate about creating elegant ad experiences, and an advocate for innovation to help WSJ|BG maintain industry leadership in rich media.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing competitive custom templates with design, layout, functionality, and custom event tracking.
- Establishing best practices for performance, speed, and scalability.
- Collaborating on streamlined ad creative specifications.
- Incorporating user-friendly experiences adhering to WSJ|BG standards and ethics.
- Working with the design manager on ad template rollouts.
- Staying updated on new capabilities within the Celtra ecosystem.
- Managing production workflows, including supporting optimal team workflows.
- Collaborating with project management for seamless client service.
- Implementing custom event tracking for performance reporting.
- Setting standards for campaign mockups, wireframes, and storyboards.
