Le Consultant Senior (Implementation Manager) sera en contact direct avec nos clients afin d’assurer l’implémentation des produits de gestion des talents d’iCIMS. Vous soutiendrez et faciliterez les conversations permettant de définir les Business Processes, organiserez des réunions d’implémentation, formerez les utilisateurs, accompagnerez le changement chez nos clients et fournirez des conseils techniques en matière d’implémentation et de gestion de projet. Dans ce rôle, vous développerez et dirigerez le plan tactique de l’implémentation des produits iCIMS et prendrez part aux efforts de configuration. Le Consultant Senior s’occupe des projets de moyenne et grande complexité et sera rattaché au Manager, Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

  • RĂ©alise intĂ©gralement des projets d’implĂ©mentation pour des clients stratĂ©giques.
  • Mène Ă  bien des consultations et stratĂ©gie d’optimisation sur site, dont il soutient le dĂ©ploiement.
  • Effectue des migrations de donnĂ©es affinĂ©es et dirige les importations/exportations CSV (SIRH, Background et Ă©valuation).
  • Comprend les principes fondamentaux, les processus et la terminologie du monde du recrutement en entreprise, ainsi qu’une solide comprĂ©hension du SaaS et des avantages qu’ils apportent aux nouveaux clients d’iCIMS.
  • Mentore les nouveaux Consultants en implĂ©mentation.
  • Apporte du support aux clients pendant la pĂ©riode initiale de « live » et assure une transition en douceur avec les Ă©quipes d’Account Management et de Support.
  • Prend une part importante dans la rĂ©ussite globale du projet et de la satisfaction du client.
  • Fournit et soutient les efforts de gestion de projet afin de finaliser les projets en respectant les dĂ©lais impartis et le budget.
  • Gère simultanĂ©ment plusieurs implĂ©mentations de tailles et de complexitĂ©s diffĂ©rentes.

Qualifications:

  • Au moins 2 ans de rĂ©alisation de projets de mise en Ĺ“uvre dans l'espace d'acquisition de talents/RH.
  • Sait hiĂ©rarchiser des outputs opposĂ©s afin de respecter les dates cibles, et travailler tout en gĂ©rant son temps dans un environnement en Ă©volution rapide.
  • Autonome, force d’initiative, qui identifie proactivement les problèmes et les opportunitĂ©s et recommande les actions appropriĂ©es après une analyse stratĂ©gique.
  • Orientation naturelle vers le succès du client, qui saura les accompagner dans la recherche de leur processus mĂ©tier, mais Ă©galement diagnostiquer et rĂ©soudre des problèmes logiciels on-demand.
  • ComprĂ©hension fine et capacitĂ© Ă  expliquer clairement les intĂ©grations de système Ă  système.
