We are seeking a Sprayer Operative to join the Frontier team, based in Ingham, on a permanent, full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, with previous experience in spraying or operating farm machinery.

About You

• PA1 & PA2 qualifications (training provided)
• Experience operating farm machinery
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Adaptability to change
• Teamwork and independent working skills
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Your Role Will Involve

As a Sprayer Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating modern, well-maintained self-propelled sprayers across Norfolk to deliver precise applications of chemicals and liquid fertilisers
• Additional duties such as potato haulm flailing, fogging, soil sampling, and crop protection deliveries
