We are working with a lovely restaurant based in Central London which is newly opening and looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. The menu will be Italian Small plates / tapas style service, so knowledge of Italian Cuisine would be beneficial.

This Sous Chef role involves a 5/7 day rota with evenings and weekends required. The shift pattern will be mostly evening shifts, so you must be comfortable working during those hours. This is a 40-hour contract with any additional hours paid at overtime.

You will be working in a team of 15 in the kitchen and front of house, producing all food from fresh. The restaurant caters for between 100 – 150 covers per service, so experience in a busy restaurant is required.

This role is ideal for a Sous Chef passionate about Italian food, working in a central London location, and experienced in busy kitchen environments, preferably in Italian brasserie or tapas-style service.
