Job Role – Sous Chef
Rate of pay – £33,600
Hours – Excellent work-life balance and extra days off (paid) due to term closure on top of holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of new food menus by designing innovative grazing and sharing platters that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of grazing platters and sharing plates, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
- Ensure all dishes, particularly shared platters, are consistently prepared with the highest quality, maintaining flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure efficient preparation and timely service of platters, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth coordination during busy service periods.
- Oversee stock for grazing platters, ensuring fresh, seasonal ingredients are sourced and available while maintaining budget control.
