We are hiring a Solution Architect to join our growing Engineering teams at Edenred PayTech. Our Solution Architects define and deliver software and solution architectures supporting our new microservices payment platform. They ensure best practices, define standards, and recommend emerging practices and technologies as part of the Architecture and Design group. As a Solution Architect, you will drive innovation, challenge the status quo, promote quality and best practices, and foster strong relationships across functions.
What you will be doing:
- Designing architectures covering target solutions and intermediate states
- Delivering application architecture aligned with security, scalability, performance, and availability requirements
- Promoting quality through standards and best practices
- Collaborating with engineering and technology teams
- Leading architecture and design reviews throughout the development lifecycle
- Supporting innovation and challenging existing practices
- Refining solution architecture to support new product capabilities
- Upskilling development teams for design decisions
What we want from you:
Technical
- Significant experience in Solutions architecture, especially in application systems and microservices
- Creating architectural blueprints through collaboration with business owners and architects
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and services
- Supporting engineering teams with design practices and modelling
- Experience with DevOps culture and practices, OO analysis & design, Agile practices
- Beneficial experience in banking or payment systems
Behavioural
