Acrotrend, part of the NowVertical Group Inc., is a customer insight and analytics consultancy serving leading brands. We focus on data engineering and AI to help clients with digital transformation, customer retention, and increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and architecting solutions in HR and Data, particularly with Workday and related modules, and be familiar with architecture methodologies like TOGAF.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and architecting solutions across customer landscapes.
2. Owning architectural artifacts and presenting solutions to the architecture board.
3. Leading large-scale HR and Data transformation programs.
4. Translating business needs into system architecture recommendations.
5. Ensuring smooth project delivery with proper documentation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years in IT, with expertise in HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and cloud data applications.
2. Deep experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruitment, Payroll, etc.
3. Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
4. Experience in enterprise structure design, data integration, and data modeling using cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
5. Strong advisory, communication, and project deliverable skills.

3. Understanding of security and privacy in IT.
