The Role

As part of the Commercial Property team, you will handle high-quality Real Estate work, including managing caseloads, negotiating contracts, and handling sales, purchases, and leases of commercial properties.

The Ideal Candidate

• An ambitious individual with 1-2 years of relevant PQE
• Residential Conveyancing experience looking to transition to Commercial Property will be considered
• Ability to manage caseload independently, with support
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective communication with clients and team members
• Proactive, innovative, and value-adding mindset
