We are delighted to be instructed on this property role with our client, a well-established law firm headquartered in Scotland. The firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its Real Estate Team, which is engaged in many of the most high-profile deals in the Scottish market. This dynamic role within a large team offers the successful candidate regular client interaction.
The role provides diverse and engaging commercial property experience, including:
- Serving as Scottish advisor to a range of renowned retail and leisure clients.
- Representing various high-end hotel owners and operators.
- Advising domestic and international private equity advisors on their Scottish investments.
- Collaborating with English and international firms on cross-border deals.
- Handling a full range of landlord and tenant estate management transactions, while building relationships with multiple clients and agents.
Interested candidates at Solicitor level should possess a minimum of 1 year of PQE; however, newly qualified individuals will also be considered if they have a keen interest in the property industry and its drivers, and a proactive approach to deepening their understanding of the sector. Applicants at Associate level should have upwards of 4 years of PQE. This full-time role is and can be based in either the firm’s Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
