Job Description
Faststream Yacht Crew is excited to present the opportunity for a Sole Engineer to join a highly desirable 35m+ Classic Sailing Vessel. The vessel is currently located in the South of Italy and is operating on a Single Season Itinerary and running a Private program.
This opportunity is tailored for a seasoned Yacht Engineer with good knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics maintenance. The vessel is also open to taking someone ‘green’ to yachts, as long as they have an extensive engineer/mechanics background.
To be considered you must hold the following:
- Valid STCW documentation and seagoing medical.
- AEC 1/2 would be desirable.
- Hydraulics & Mechanics background.
- Available mid-end September.
In return, the yacht will offer:
- 4,500-5,000 EUR
- 30 days holiday + extra days off at Captain’s discretion.
- 13th, 14th, and 15th month bonuses.
- Flights.
In addition to the highly coveted package, the suitable candidate will be joining a well-established crew, with great owners and onboard an amazing classic sailing vessel.
