Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing high-performance applications in C++ and comparable languages.
2. Creating and implementing software, which usually entails low-level development (for example, drivers, embedded software, real-time software, etc.) and necessitates knowledge of the underlying hardware systems.
3. Overseeing both human and technical tasks and projects.
4. Participating in customer-facing deliveries, occasionally under pressure to meet deadlines.
5. Providing client-facing technical advisory services.
6. Having a strong desire to learn more technically, both in and outside of their primary areas of competence.
7. Striving to obtain the expertise needed to assume technical lead positions.
8. Guiding and coaching less experienced coworkers.

Qualifications:

1. Strong teamwork skills.
2. Quick learning curve.
3. Capability to create high-caliber software.
4. Knowledge of basic computing ideas.
5. Experience with C++.
6. A variety of other development abilities, such as C (for embedded systems), Java, HTML5, React/Redux, Python, and GDB, are desirable.
7. Experience developing on and for Linux-based embedded systems.
8. Contemporary approaches to software development, like Test Driven Development and Agile.
9. Proven track record of producing software solutions of the highest caliber.
10. Knowledge of radio communication principles and systems.
