Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Hays is looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in the Software Development Lifecycle across business applications, CRM, cyber security, and general in-house applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding and managing the full analysis process, including defining scope, identifying project benefits, developing business cases, eliciting and managing requirements, process optimization, and business change management.
• Ensuring requirements traceability to business benefits and inputting into testing processes.
• Facilitating user acceptance testing and benefits realization.
• Collaborating with the Lead BA/Project Manager to determine analysis approaches.
• Taking ownership of the analysis process, influencing stakeholders, and facilitating large group discussions.
• Delivering presentations to senior management and developing initiatives to improve business performance.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in legal, finance, or IT sectors.
• Self-motivated with enthusiasm for delivering value.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation and presentation materials, including diagrams.
• Ability to identify technical challenges and lead efforts to overcome them.
• Flexible and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Engagement with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with project delivery cycles and methodologies such as Agile.
• Experience working within a legal organization.
• Experience with large-scale business process change initiatives.
• Experience working with external suppliers, including offshore teams.
