Job Title: Qualified social worker
Location: Shepherds Way, Brookmans Park, Hatfield
Rate: £37.50 per hour

Are you a dedicated social worker looking for a rewarding opportunity? Elysium Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital. The pay rate is £37.50 per hour.

What will your responsibilities be?
You will be an integral member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team responsible for assessing the social care needs of patients in low secure care and be a principal provider of a quality social work service to address those needs as outlined in patient care plan.

• Full-Time Position: 5 days on site, ensuring a consistent and supportive presence for our patients.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Must have at least 4 years’ experience in Social Work and a period of time within Forensic Mental Health services
• Experience of multi-agency working
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
