Job Description:

Enfield Council is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team for a special project at the Civic Centre. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive care and support to our community’s adults, particularly within the Extra Care Sheltered Housing Project.

Role Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Care Act assessments and reviewing needs, with a primary focus on the Extra Care Sheltered Housing Project. Additionally, the role includes some generic Care Management work/cases. The project is initially set for a duration of 3 months.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Adult Social Care.
• Ability to undertake comprehensive assessments and reviews.
• Experience with Care Management tasks.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK license.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
