Our client, a successful and rapidly expanding online streetwear brand, is looking to recruit a fashion-driven Social Media Strategy Manager to join their creative team in their studios in East London. The successful candidate will have 5 years experience with Instagram/TikTok and have worked for a successful high growth fashion/sports/streetwear brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own our social media strategy across all platforms, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of industry-leading campaigns.
- Conceptualise and implement groundbreaking ideas for social-first campaigns that resonate with our community.
- Plan and manage our social media calendar, applying thorough detail to the execution of each marketing campaign.
- Report, analyse and advise on performance, format, scheduling, and audience for campaign optimization.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets for enhanced reach, engagement, and follower count.
- Effectively brief the creative content team to ensure high-level execution of the strategy.
- Manage and approve all social media copy to ensure alignment with the tone-of-voice and social strategy.
- Manage, develop and inspire your team, sharing knowledge and helping them achieve their best work.
- Stay attuned to industry trends, identifying new opportunities to grow the brand.
