What The Job Covers
Account Management & Project Management
- Be the client’s day-to-day point of contact for all social media-related matters.
- Manage social media and influencer engagement efforts.
- Assist in growing the social media business through pitches and proposals.
Social Media & Outreach Strategy and Management
- Spearhead and lead all social media and outreach strategies. Act as the Singapore local insights expert and brand guardian.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure local brand efforts are aligned.
- Stay updated with industry trends and social platform changes, making proactive recommendations.
- Manage community interactions, responding to comments and queries promptly.
- Utilize data, research, and insights to craft tailored social media strategies.
Content Management
- Plan and schedule monthly content calendars based on editorial, marketing activities, and local events.
- Identify key conversation topics through community channels and use insights for upcoming content planning.
- Generate creative ideas to enhance social presence and stay on top of social media trends.
- Ensure the social media, outreach, and creative teams produce engaging content that drives performance.
Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and outreach performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Track strategy performance to ensure high levels of effectiveness.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, influencer engagement, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in marketing, either in an agency or on the brand side.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
