The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager with a strong focus on driving success for our clients and Sypher Media through both Paid Social and Organic Social channels. This role requires great expertise in paid social strategies, but also content creation, and organic social media management to enhance brand presence, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms.
- Paid Social Media Management:
- Develop and Implement Paid Social Campaigns: Strategically plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Audience Targeting and Ad Creation: Conduct in-depth audience research and create compelling ad copy and visuals to maximise engagement and ROI.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyse paid social campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed KPIs and business goals.
- Focus on Integrations and Conversion Tracking: Implement conversion tracking and integrations with platforms like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and e-commerce tools to ensure end-to-end visibility of campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Content Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive organic social media strategies that align with clients’ brand objectives and drive engagement.
- Community Management: Engage with audiences, manage social media interactions, and foster positive relationships across social platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients and Sypher Media are always at the forefront of innovation.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences.
- Multimedia Content: Oversee the creation of a variety of content types, including images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform's best practices.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and data teams to ensure cohesive and effective social media strategies.
- Client Reporting: Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, along with insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage budgets for paid social campaigns to maximise ROI and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Innovative Approaches: Experiment with new tools and strategies within both paid and organic social media to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
- Must Have:
- Proven experience in managing both paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong skills in social media content creation, including multimedia content.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret performance data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Great experience in conversion tracking within Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience in a marketing agency environment.
- Familiarity with AI and data analytics.
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or similar platforms.
- Experience with B2B campaigns.
