About the Role

Our client is seeking a social media manager to join their growing team, which has over 1 million followers worldwide. The role offers a hybrid working model, with 60% home working and 40% office presence, providing excellent opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of MSE’s social media and creative content, including video production.
- Lead the development of social media strategies across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Coordinate and produce creative social content, collaborating with MSE’s editorial teams to support campaigns, news investigations, PR efforts, forum conversations, and other content.
- Manage a team of two social media executives, providing guidance on copywriting and content output. Management skills are preferred.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in building and executing social strategies and analyzing social analytics.
- Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms and supporting software like Sprout or similar tools.
- Examples of achieving communication objectives through social media, such as driving website traffic, increasing engagement, and enhancing brand awareness.
- Technical skills in digital creative projects, including Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar), Photoshop (or similar), Sketch (or similar).
- Strong copy editing skills and storytelling ability.
- Excellent written English skills.
