Social Media and Content Manager (B2B)
Contract Duration: 3 months
Rate: £250-350 per day inside IR35 paid via umbrella only
Location: Full-time in London offices
This is an exciting opportunity to work in-house at a well-known tech brand! We are seeking a creative, strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented Social Media and Content Manager (B2B). The role reports to the B2B Marketing Lead and collaborates closely with B2B Marketing Managers to deliver engaging content strategies and daily management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B storytelling, a strong understanding of cross-channel B2B content strategy, and the ability to manage B2B social media channels (organic and paid) effectively, outperforming industry standards. The Social Media and Content Manager will play a key role in building awareness and consideration among our sellers and creators about our unique proposition, ensuring messaging consistency and a cohesive content story flow.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive (paid and organic) digital content strategy aligned with marketing and brand objectives across owned B2B social media channels.
- Content Calendar: Based on strategic content pillars, develop and execute social media content calendars to ensure a consistent story flow across platforms.
- Content Planning and Development: Support the creation of diverse and engaging content across all social media channels as needed.
- Integration, Analysis, and Reporting
- Community Management
Job Requirements:
- Proven B2B social media expertise: strategy planning, content creation/production, and daily performance management, with a diverse portfolio.
- Experience in running paid social campaigns that achieve above-average performance (e.g., content boosting).
- Ability to analyze data and take corrective actions to improve content performance across channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Highly organized, result-driven, and capable of working at a fast pace.

- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
