Smoke Control Manager – £55,000 – London

RGB Network is representing a Fire & Security specialist company that offers services from design, installation, and maintenance to various clients across London.

Due to growth, they are seeking a driven Smoke Control Manager / Team Leader to lead and expand a new division. This role is suitable for a motivated individual who enjoys building teams, driving success, and ensuring compliance with smoke control regulations.

Salary Package:

• £50,000 – £55,000
• Company Car or Car Allowance
• Progression plan to head of department with profit share within 12 months if certain criteria are met.
• Private Healthcare
• 25 days holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.
• Maintain knowledge of smoke control regulations and ensure all work complies with industry standards.
• Obtain and maintain SDI19 accreditation and oversee regulatory compliance.
• Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to engineers.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish and grow the smoke control division.
• Oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and contractual compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar smoke control role.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and develop engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of smoke control systems and relevant regulations.
• Ability to work with senior leadership to drive growth.
• Willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas.
