Job Title: Sixth Form Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable, positive, and fully committed Sixth Form Coordinator to supervise and support independent study for our Post 16 students in the new Post 16 study area.
The successful candidate will:
- Inspire, challenge, and motivate students.
- Ensure a healthy, safe, happy, and challenging environment where Post 16 students can excel.
- Work closely with subject teachers and Heads of Post 16 Education to maximize the effectiveness of private study sessions.
- Support students academically and pastorally.
- Possess strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
You must be flexible, hardworking, and have knowledge of A-levels or university-level education.
