Site Managers for Supermarket/High Street Retail Fit Out

Position: Site Manager
Sector: Supermarket/High Street Retail Fit Out
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Location: South East/Midlands (open to strong candidates from other areas)

About the Role: Our client is seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee fast-track fit-out projects for supermarkets and high street retail stores across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals with a proven track record in managing fit-out projects within live retail environments.

Key Requirements:

• Positive Attitude: A can-do approach, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Travel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK.
• Work Hours: Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Full UK Driver’s License: Must be a holder and capable of driving.
• Commercial Awareness: Understanding of commercial aspects related to fit-out projects.
• CSCS Card: Must hold a CSCS card appropriate to the Site Manager level.
• Health & Safety Knowledge: Fully conversant with current health and safety regulations.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• IT Proficiency: Competent in using relevant IT tools and software.
• Trade Background: Preferable but not essential.

Experience Required:

• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, including:
  • Managing fast turnaround fit-out projects.
  • Overseeing projects in live retail store environments.
  • Handling projects with budgets ranging from £500k to £2M.
