Site Lead

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Leader to join a well-established and successful FMCG business as the Site Lead .

As Site Lead , you will have full accountability for the P&L of the business and be responsible for all aspects of Factory Operations, Commercial, Technical, H&S, Finance, HR, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement (CI).

You will also lead the Supply Chain and Procurement functions, overseeing significant multi-million pound spend.

This role is based at a large, fast-paced site, presenting various challenges. Success in this role requires resilience and the ability to lead by example, driving operational excellence across the factory.

The company values its people highly, and the Site Lead will be responsible for fostering a healthy culture and communicating the company\’s vision to the team.

The ideal candidate will have site leadership experience within the fast-paced FMCG sector, preferably in food manufacturing. Commercial acumen and experience working with leading retailers are also essential.
