Our client is a global brand looking to expand its network of stores across the UK. They are a market-leading Kitchen & Interiors Retailer with mid to high-end products.

They are seeking to recruit a Showroom Manager based in NW London, as they plan to open new sites and attract new talent. This role offers a superb opportunity for candidates with experience in Kitchen Retail to join a business with significant expansion plans. It could serve as a stepping stone into an Area Manager position.

The Role:

1. Manage the daily operations of a small team in a showroom environment.
2. Guide customers through their journey, focusing on experience rather than just sales. The Showroom Manager will oversee every customer interaction with their team of designers.
3. Support and develop the team to ensure high standards of service and commercial success.
4. Maintain exceptional standards in the showroom at all times.
5. Be an intuitive and confident problem solver to ensure excellent service on complex sales journeys.
6. Manage after-sales service and coordinate with third-party fitters to meet brand expectations. Regular review of external suppliers is essential.
7. Contribute to marketing efforts and lead generation for the showroom, managing a budget and utilizing available tools.

The Person:

1. Experience managing retail teams in kitchens or similar environments such as interiors or bathrooms.
2. Proven ability to deliver an engaging customer journey with high levels of interaction over multiple visits.
3. Passionate about driving business growth, converting leads, and developing local relationships through forums and industry groups.
4. Engaging, positive personality and excellent problem-solving skills.
