RedBull UK are recruiting for a Shopper Marketing Development Lead to be based in London.
Lead and inspire the Shopper Marketing Team, elevating their skills and creativity to develop powerful tools and game-changing initiatives that put RedBull in the ultimate position to fly off the shelves! Your mission: make every shopper moment an irresistible invitation to grab a can and unleash their energy!
Responsibilities:

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
- Improve the capabilities of the Shopper Marketing Team via RedBull’s strengths-based philosophy. Encourage personal management, through great coaching and leading by example.
- Ensure the entire Shopper Marketing team works cross functionally across all the teams in the Off Premise and wider departments.
- Provide the right tools to make stores perfect for the Shopper. Using a mix of our distinctive assets in point of sale to create mental availability in close proximity to our physical availability. Make RedBull look like no1 in store by achieving brand recognition in every touchpoint.
- Generate business plan budgets to deliver against our aims in store. Providing regular updates and constantly looking for ways to drive more effective and efficient use of spend.
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
- Experience in Shopper or Brand Marketing, managing budgets and teams.
- Executing in-store activations, promotions, and point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive conversion.
- Partnering with sales teams and key retailers (supermarkets, convenience stores, e-commerce, etc.) to develop win-win strategies.
- Managing and mentoring marketing professionals to build a high-performing team.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, brand marketing, and commercial teams.
- Travel 10-20%.
