Key Responsibilities
- Customer First Approach: Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, providing outstanding service across Phone, Web, and Email.
- Sales & Order Management: Support, advise, and process customer orders while ensuring seamless administration of sales and returns.
- Business Growth: Identify and act on outbound sales opportunities to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
- Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with the Shop Team Leader to execute sales strategies across retail channels and external events.
- Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with our top 20 accounts to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the MRE, MRM, and KAM teams to unlock commercial opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
- Fulfilment Coordination: Partner with our Fulfilment Team to ensure accurate order processing and an exceptional customer experience.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide insights and support to internal teams to drive sales and protect profitability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in using computers and sales systems.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
