We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager in our High Street charity shop in Marlborough, which sells donated fashion, collectables, occasional furniture and home decor.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the smooth running of a profitable charity shop.
2. Organise stock and plan the optimal shop layout.
3. Create enticing window displays to deliver a brilliant shopping experience.
4. Act as the face of Helen & Douglas House in the local community.
5. Lead and inspire a team, recruiting and managing volunteer support.
6. Maximise sales potential and generate high-quality stock donations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in managing teams effectively in a retail or charity sector environment.
2. Commercially focused with a passion to outperform the competition.
3. Strong customer service skills.
4. Good administration and IT skills.
