Pod Talent is excited to be working with a fantastic food commodities business based in Epsom, seeking a Shipping Manager to join their collaborative and close-knit team. You will gain exposure to global markets, working with freight forwarders, arranging customs clearance processes, and communicating shipment issues as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate freight rates and maintain a record of costs.
  • Arrange clearance of all goods in accordance with tariffs.
  • Coordinate inbound haulage and check invoices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in container shipping.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and clearance documentation.
