Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee the performance of the Shielding and Dose Assessment Section by coordinating, motivating, and developing the team.
2. Support the Head of Technical in managing client relationships, projects, and team members.
3. Location is flexible.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in radiation shielding and dose assessment within the nuclear industry, covering all project phases from initial design to decommissioning.
• Experience with high energy physics experiments (e.g., accelerators) and medical treatment facilities is advantageous.
• Extensive experience with radiation transport codes such as MCNP, Attila, MCBEND, FLUKA, and Microshield.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shielding projects and provide technical leadership within other projects.
