About the Job
NEYO Ltd is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with expertise in Discovery and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role involves implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions tailored to enhance our clients\’ IT operations. You will engage directly with clients to assess their unique requirements and ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow tools within their environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB modules.
- Work with clients and internal teams to gather and refine requirements to support the Discovery and CMDB processes.
- Develop best practices for managing and enhancing the CMDB to ensure high-quality data-rich insights.
- Performs testing and validation of the implementation to meet rigorous quality standards.
- Provide troubleshooting support and resolve any technical issues related to Discovery and CMDB functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for client teams and internal staff on effective use of ServiceNow functionalities.
- Stay current with evolving ServiceNow features for continued process improvement and optimization.
Requirements
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, with demonstrable expertise in the Discovery and CMDB modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery and/or CMDB) strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL practices, especially as they pertain to Configuration Management and asset tracking.
- Experience in requirement gathering and translating client needs into ServiceNow solutions.
- Proficient in data analysis, workflow design, and process mapping.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
- Some familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
