Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to oversee the management of ServiceNow platform operations and ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all elements of service delivery, including project timelines, scope, risk management, change processes, resource allocation, reporting, and financials.
2. Foster strong relationships with both clients and internal teams to enable clear communication and efficient collaboration.
3. Lead the Managed Services team, driving improvements in technical delivery and offering both tactical and strategic recommendations to clients.
4. Spot opportunities for additional business and collaborate with the account manager for timely follow-up.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
2. Prior experience managing the ServiceNow platform, including bug fixing, support, and upgrades.
3. Proven background in managed services and service delivery.
4. Certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
5. Eligibility to work in the UK.
