Our client is a Prestige dealership, currently seeking an experienced Service Team Leader to join their team.

You will focus on delivering a high level of brand experience to customers, committed to making a difference, and seeking long-term career progression.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all service telephone and walk-in inquiries.
  2. Greet customers, qualify, and identify their needs for vehicle drop-off.
  3. Keep customers updated throughout the day.
  4. Discuss and upsell additional work to customers.
  5. Advise and forward diarized unsold work.
  6. Conduct inspections as necessary prior to handover to the customer.

About You:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or Service Team Leader in a main dealership.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach.
