Service Lead – Supported Housing

We are seeking a Service Lead to manage and lead a team of Support Workers in delivering excellent supported housing and housing management services to diverse service user groups.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Leading and ensuring services comply with the regulatory framework.
  2. Maintaining service quality standards and adherence to operational and policy standards.
  3. Ensuring all support and safety plans for service users are in place.
  4. Collaborating with internal support services to provide optimal support.
  5. Recognizing, rewarding positive behaviors, and encouraging innovation among team members.
  6. Communicating organizational and local messages effectively through regular team meetings.
  7. Providing development opportunities and support to your team to promote effectiveness and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation and policies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Enhanced DBS check (dated within the last 12 months). If you are on the update service, you may be fast-tracked through our recruitment process.
  • Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS if not already held.
