What you will be doing
- Perform efficient installations, maintenance, and repairs on Ricoh Smart Lockers across designated areas following comprehensive training during our 2-year program.
- Provide outstanding customer service, embodying Ricoh’s core value of Customer Centricity.
- Strive for self-improvement and continuous professional development to keep pace with technological advancements and expanding product and service portfolios.
You will ideally have:
- A desire to work in a technical environment and a passion for technology.
- Strong knowledge or formal training in IT technologies.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good decision-making abilities.
