Job Title: Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid Working 1-2 days per week)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Total Compensation: Circa £78,000 – £83,000 plus benefits.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cambridge as the Workday implementation is on-going. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, combining remote work with on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday HCM configuration, reporting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and manage complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Train and support end-users on Workday HCM functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features, and assess their impact on current configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday HCM configuration.
  • Strong expertise in Workday reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing complex reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification in HCM or related modules.
  • Experience with Workday integrations and data migration.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
