Job Description:

The Senior Total Compensation Specialist will lead the design and execution of compensation programs that promote performance, retention, and fairness. Responsibilities include managing frameworks for cash and equity compensation, including base salary, bonuses, long-term incentives, and special awards. The role involves collaborating with People, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure competitive and aligned compensation structures.

  • Design and manage total compensation strategies encompassing fixed and variable pay, equity, and long-term incentives.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles for salary reviews, bonuses, and equity awards.
  • Manage equity lifecycle, including plan design, modeling, and reporting.
  • Guide pay decisions and internal mobility in collaboration with People Partners and Talent Acquisition.
  • Maintain and improve salary bands, commission models, and reward structures.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and financial alignment.
  • Oversee tooling and processes for compensation tracking, including platforms like Carta.
  • Create clear and engaging reward communications.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, with exposure to cash and equity.
  • Experience in designing long-term incentive and equity plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in international or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with compensation systems/tools and knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau is a plus.
