Ardingly College is seeking to appoint an experienced Swimming Coach to provide coaching to the Senior Swimming Squads, support Prep coaching, and lead swimming instruction across all three areas of the College. This position is line managed by the Head of Swimming. The successful candidate will support the daily operation of the senior school Swimming Programme throughout the College.
The role involves active participation in the department's activities, including extensive extra-curricular programs such as after-school and Saturday galas. Colleagues are encouraged to participate in various co-curricular activities and support the house system.
