Job Description:

S.i. Systems client is looking for 3 Senior ServiceNow Developers to develop and configure IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM, HAM, SAM) modules for a large complex implementation.

The initial contract would go till March 31st , with strong possibilities of extension. Fully remote, looking for candidates within Canada open to working PST hours (37.5 hours per week).

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, IRE, and the CMDB health and remediation rules
• Experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow mobile apps
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, SAM, HAM)
