Senior Rights of Light Surveyor / Associate – London – Up to £75,000 + Benefits – Ref 525

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Rights of Light Surveyor / Associate to work for one of the UKs leading specialist advisory and consultancy firms based in London. Salary up to £75,000 + Benefits depending on skills and experience.

The organisation has been established for over 10 years and is recognized as a specialist within its sector. They work on some of the UK\’s most complex projects, with a strong focus on London. They have grown steadily over the years and employ a team of multidisciplinary experts, ranging from graduates to Directors.

To support ongoing growth, they are looking to appoint another Senior Rights of Light Surveyor / Associate on a permanent basis, working from their state-of-the-art London offices, initially on a hybrid/remote basis.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with other Surveyors, CAD Analysts, and Directors on various projects across the UK. Your typical duties will include research, negotiations, reporting, analysis, financial management, and client contact. You should have a good understanding of mitigation options to advise clients effectively and be comfortable reviewing legal documents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Rights of Lights Surveyor
