Client:

Our growing client covers various sectors such as education, membership, financial, technology, and healthcare. They work closely with clients to launch new products, establish new markets, and help reshape their brands.

They cover a variety of \’hot\’ topics including sustainability, Genz, and ED&I, to name a few. The work they do often makes links between wider societal themes covering inclusion, belonging, and community.

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced professional who is passionate about employing both quantitative and qualitative research techniques to deliver comprehensive insights for a diverse range of clients.

We work closely with this client and have had two new starters with them already this year, and both have had an incredibly engaging and positive start!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work on quantitative and qualitative research projects from conceptualization to delivery
• Develop detailed proposals and innovative research designs tailored to client needs
• Design comprehensive questionnaires and discussion guides
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using a range of tools and interpret the results to provide actionable recommendations
• Present findings to clients in a clear, engaging, and insightful manner

Key Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years\’ experience in a market research agency
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Q, SPSS, NVivo, or similar
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work with actionable insights
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex data in an easy-to-understand manner
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
