The Role
The firm seeks an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with expertise in investment work to join their team in Ipswich, Suffolk. The role will see you joining an award-winning Property team who acts for some of the most prestigious real estate investors globally. You will work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team on a high-quality caseload of matters, including but not limited to; asset sales and purchases, development, Investment, SIPPS & SASS, high-value acquisitions, financing and disposal transactional work. This opportunity is open to Senior Associates seeking career progression and Partners seeking a lateral move alike. The firm invests heavily in their team members' personal and professional development, with clear and structured routes to promotions, annual salary increases and several bonus incentives.
Requirements:
- You will be a commercial property solicitor with at least 6 years PQE
- You will have strong experience within real estate investment space, with proven business development ability and strong billings history
- You will be confident in managing your own busy caseload of matters, with the ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
- You will be highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
