• Your responsibilities will include working with the Commercial, Contracts, and Financial Directors to manage costs and identify cost-saving opportunities across the group.
• You will conduct cost analysis and prepare risk reports based on market and business trends.
• Due to the contract nature, you will reconcile PAYE, subcontracting, and self-employed costs.
• You will prepare cost reports and forecasts for each business sector and the overall group.
• A BSc in Quantity Surveying is required as a minimum qualification.
• You should have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, as most projects are within this sector.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with clients, contractors, and C-suite executives.
• The salary for this position is up to £70,000, including car/truck allowance.
• Opportunities to advance to a Director level position are available.
