Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Commercial, Contracts, and Financial Directors to manage costs and identify cost-saving opportunities across the group.
- Conducting cost analysis and preparing risk reports based on market and business trends.
- Reconciling PAYE, subcontracting, and self-employed costs due to the contract nature.
- Preparing cost reports and forecasts for each business sector and the overall group.
A BSc in Quantity Surveying is required as a minimum qualification. You should have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, as most projects are within this sector. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with clients, contractors, and C-suite executives.
The salary for this position is up to £70,000, including car/truck allowance. Opportunities to advance to a Director level position are available.
