Responsibilities
- Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Conducting mid-term inspections
- Organising and conducting check-outs and inventories
- Coordinating contractors, obtaining quotations, issuing work orders, and managing invoices
- Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications
- Handling deposit disputes
- Managing tenancy paperwork
- Serving section notices as required
- Supporting rental reviews and tenancy renewals
