Your role
As a Project Manager, you will focus on delivering large complex IT programs. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, risks, configuration, change, communication, issue escalation, budget, quality, delivery, and team management to ensure high standards of program management.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage CXO-level stakeholder relationships, including interactions with CTOs, Vice Presidents, and Senior Directors.
- Develop detailed program management plans and implementation mechanisms, ensuring processes are followed.
- Define program objectives aligned with strategic goals and contribute to business case and program charter development.
- Identify key stakeholders, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with track owners, compile scope documents, and draw master schedules.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare artifacts, and establish traceability and scope reviews.
- Ensure configuration compliance and artifact integrity.
- Plan and execute human and IT resource onboarding, and prepare program status reports.
- Provide advisory services on infrastructure, cloud, security, and application roadmaps, including modernization strategies.
- Exercise discretion in decision-making related to personnel, finances, contracts, and service management.
- Focus on risk reduction and talent induction to improve workforce quality and flexibility.
Minimum Requirements:
- 18+ years of experience, including managing large-scale, complex IT programs involving Oracle e-business suite R11/R12 upgrades or implementations.
- Business consulting skills to engage with C-suite and P&L leaders.
- Strong understanding of program management principles.
- Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, and transformation technologies.
- High-impact communication skills.
- 12+ years managing medium to large transformation projects in large organizations.
- Experience in application, infrastructure, and cloud technology initiatives.
