IRIS Group Product Marketing is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. What Will You Be Doing?
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our product marketing efforts, with responsibilities that include:
- Market Positioning : Ensure our Accountancy Product Portfolio is positioned to meet customer needs, with a deep understanding of our target audience, market, and competitors.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Create and execute go-to-market plans to support product launches, new features, and market expansion.
- Product Messaging : Develop compelling product messaging and collateral, from personas and value propositions to sales enablement materials.
- Collaboration Across Teams : Partner with sales, product development, engineering, and communications to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement : Run customer advisory sessions, gathering insights to influence the product roadmap and address emerging trends and customer pain points.
- Market Research & Insights : Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to keep our go-to-market strategy on point and inform new product development.
- Performance Tracking : Continuously track marketing impact, refining strategies to optimise results and achieve growth targets.
What Are We Looking For?
We’d love to hear from you if you bring:
- Significant experience in SaaS technologies – ideally with a background in Accountancy software
- Proven B2B SaaS experience in Accountancy or related sectors, with strong communication skills and a solution-focused approach
- Stakeholder Management Skills : Experience working cross-functionally, with a knack for building relationships and understanding customer needs
- Organisational Skills : Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and adapting as needed
