Senior Product Manager - Ascend Studio

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate product leader with expertise in designing world-class B2B SaaS experiences, who is enthusiastic about applying technology to solve complex customer problems. As the Senior Product Manager for Ascend Studio, you will lead product strategy and customer experience to launch the AI-first fraud and credit risk management platform. This role requires navigating across multiple product portfolios in a matrixed organization and experience in large-scale global software launches is advantageous.

This hybrid role is based in London and reports to the Product VP for Ascend Platform.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Establish and align the product vision for Ascend Studio with customer needs and organizational goals.
2. Lead the end-to-end customer experience for Ascend Studio.
3. Develop strategic vision for AI-enabled workflows, strategies, and insights across credit, identity, and fraud use cases.
4. Coordinate with partner product teams to align on backlog priorities.
5. Collaborate with regional product leaders to ensure global prioritization.
6. Conduct client-centered research with UX, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights that shape the roadmap.
7. Utilize data and analytics to inform strategies and measure success.
8. Manage the product roadmap and oversee successful releases.
9. Advocate for the product within the broader organization.
10. Maintain awareness of market landscape and trends.
11. Lead within the Identity and Fraud portfolio, influencing roadmap planning and go-to-market strategies to maximize client impact.

Qualifications

1. Strategic expertise in creating team and partner visions.
2. Knowledge of the fraud and ID verification market, including key players and trends.
3. Understanding of the Credit Risk Decisioning market.
4. Experience delivering AI-driven products.
5. Client-centric mindset with ability to challenge the status quo.
6. Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
7. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and clients.
8. Proven track record in delivering excellent B2B user experiences.
9. Financial services experience, particularly with Identity and Fraud solutions.
10. Experience in globalizing products.
