Our Cambridge based client is currently searching for a Senior Product Engineer to join the growing product engineering team. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, Asian fabs, assembly, test and subcontractors. New Product Introduction (NPI), yield engineering and automotive product quality will be an important part of the role. In addition to Product Engineering responsibilities, the role also requires an ability to provide Project Management oversight for the development of Enabling Technologies at the subcontractor sites.
Required skills for the Senior Product Engineer will include:
- Strong semiconductor product engineering experience
- NPI, yield and process integration knowledge
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with Asian subcontractors
- Automotive experience desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Engineering or similar disciplines
